A contemporary housing unit which interprets the grandeur of an old palazzo and the comfort of urban modern apartments for people who consider space, light, and view an ultimate luxury. The project with luxurious housing units are organised towards the park, the lake, the orientation, the natural light and direct sunlight.

The architectural elements (sculpture gardens, terraces, and big windows on the surrounding landscape, the facades) create a fragmented volume which fits the characteristics and the scale of the surrounding buildings.
